🧡 Personal Milestones.

🇪🇸 Maria Laura travelled to Malaga! I visited my best friend in Malaga during their local fair, which was lovely. I went full-on andaluza mode, and I think I blended in just fine.

🇨🇱 Pedro shares pictures from his local tour in Santiago with 4 shows! Chile's National Holidays fall on September 18th, but the festivities go from the 16th to the 19th. In my other role (as a musician), I belong to a Colombian band that became very popular here in Chile since the '90s, called Sonora Malecón.

A party or celebration isn't complete for Chileans without music from Sonora Malecón, haha. I play the piano and provide backing vocals in the band. I'll be touring Chile with the band from the 16th to the 19th of September, so wait for the next issue to see the pics!

🇵🇪 Luis started a new class! I started taking a Strategic Marketing course.

🇻🇪 Vero spent the weekend on an adventure with friends. This weekend I went to one of the most beautiful places ever, Morrocoy! Morrocoy is a national park here in Venezuela with different keys. Each key has different watercolors, and it truly is one of the most beautiful places ever (you guys are all cordially invited to do a tour around Venezuela; I’m an amazing tour guide). You can notice the different watercolors in these pictures, from deep blue to turquoise, the water is so pretty!

🇦🇷 Euge started boxing classes again! I missed boxing so much. Due to some difficulties, I had to pause it for a while, but I'm back now, in a new gym, and so happy! My boyfriend is a professional boxer and he is preparing for a fight in November, which encouraged me to retake the sport. It pushes my limits, challenges me, and helps me focus and coordinate. I can't recommend this sport more! 🥊

Here are some fun facts that Gino shared about them:

Rambo: He's the fun police...if any dogs are having too much fun, he'll put an end to it right away!

Elsa: We rescued her from Cancun and traveled all the way back to Seattle.

💡 INSPIRATION: Lately, I’ve been watching the Jay Shetty Podcast a lot. He is an English guy who spent 3 years living as a monk and has interesting conversations about mental health and inspiration.

📽️ WATCH: Last Friday, I watched Sound of Freedom, a movie about child abuse and human trafficking in Latin America, and I was shocked to see how common this is.

⛰️ VISIT: A few months ago, I visited a place in the Ecuadorian Amazon called “La Casa del Suizo,” which changed my life to how beautiful it was. I was lucky to see thousands of different plants and animals, including many species of monkeys and birds.

💬 What is your favorite hobby? I like to collect wristwatches and fragrances. I also enjoy cooking on weekends and watching sports.

💬 What's the best place you've traveled to? And why? Being a very 'urban' person, one place I miss and would like to return to is New York City. I was there many, many years ago, and it brings back great memories.

💬 What’s one item you can't live without? I can't live without a watch on my wrist. I feel naked if I don't wear it (LOL).

💬 What’s your favorite comfort media (book, show, movie, music, or anything else)? I watch sports on TV, primarily Europe and Colombia Football (Soccer) leagues and MLB Baseball Games (I'm an LA Dodgers Fan).

💬 Describe your ideal weekend Cooking while listening to salsa, with a beer, and then go shopping with my family. On Saturday nights, I like to go to a show with the band, and on Sundays, I enjoy going for a walk, having ice cream, or going to the movies.

💬 What song makes you happy? Calma (Original Version) by Pedro Capó. Its Reggae style beat really brings peace and happiness to me.
