🇨🇴 Aleja completed her master’s degree in Psychology! Major congratulations to her ❤️🎉

🇦🇷 Euge went to The Weeknd's concert in Argentina! The concert was incredible! It was really enjoyable and thrilling to see him perform live; his vocal talent is astounding. The next day, I was left with no voice.

🇨🇴 Meli went to an RBD (Rebelde) concert and shared her experience with us. 'The happiest concert of my life,' she said. 'I started crying during the concert, haha. I just can't get over it. It's hard to put into words.

🇵🇪 Emss did sandboarding in the desert! I went to the Huacachina desert for my high school bestie’s birthday and I was proudly crowned the best fall of the group 🤕😂.

🇵🇪 Steph went to a Festival with her friends! Went to Veltrac Music Fest in Lima with friends on Saturday. Excitedly saw The Lumineers, a show we've awaited since 2019 after a COVID delay. Bonus: Two Door Cinema Club performed too, a band I've loved since 2011. It was a fantastic weekend!

Meet Euge's pets, Mia (left) and Connie (right)!

Here are some fun facts that Euge shared about them:

Mia (left): She is a bit shy and likes her independence, but she's really sweet once you get to know her. It takes her a bit to warm up to new people, but it's worth the wait. She's full of energy and needs plenty of room to move around.

Connie (right): She is more of a people's pet. She's always hanging around me, especially when I'm working, and loves her nap times. She's not shy at all and will happily get attention from anyone. She's the type to be in your lap within five minutes of meeting you.

🐶 Though they're sisters, Mia and Connie couldn't be more different. It's these differences that really make them a fun and entertaining pair.

💡 INSPIRATION: 'El Cuartico Podcast' While working I LOVE listening to podcasts, and this one is a personal favorite of mine. It's a Venezuelan comedy podcast, but beyond the humor, its format delves into fascinating topics. They do interviews and data reviews, which is cool because I find myself learning and laughing every time.

📽️ WATCH: Lately, I haven't had the headspace to start a new series from my watchlist, aside from 'Loki.' Instead, I've been indulging in a rewatch of 'How I Met Your Mother' just a comfort show, playing in the background while I cook or tackle household chores.

⛰️ VISIT: Among all the places I've had the pleasure of visiting, 🇮🇹 Italy stands out as the most beautiful, hands down. Every village, city, or corner you explore is steeped in history and charm, and above all, they have the world's yummiest food. Shoutout to the Amalfi Coast and Florence.

👉 Majo found excellent candidates for her roles this month, with 67% of her candidates being sent over to clients Change.org and Placer.ai 💪.

👉 Meli R got 3 hires this month for OnChain and PartnerTap, and also reached a 31% conversion rate! 🎉

This month we had a total of 12 hires 🚀 Great job to everyone on the sourcing team, who got at least one hire each, and congrats to the marketing team, as this month we had 3 hires who came in through the platform and newsletter 🤩 Great teamwork everyone!!

💬 What is your favorite hobby? Lately, I enjoy going to fairs that sell used items and looking for old toys that I had when I was little.

💬 What's the best place you've traveled to? And why? Barcelona, because of the delicious food, the vibes of the city, and the many beautiful places.

💬 What’s one item you can't live without? My inhaler hehe, literally I can’t live without it XD, but also my old digital cameras, I love taking pics with them!

💬 What’s your favorite comfort media (book, show, movie, music, or anything else)? Anime! At the moment im watching: “Jujutsu Kaisen” season 2 and “Pluto” on Netflix!

💬 Describe your ideal weekend! Have a super ceviche for lunch, extra spicy please! In the afternoon, watch a lot of anime and sleep with my cats. Also, to make the day even better, I would eat a lot of snacks or a delicious “chatarra” XD.
