🧡 Personal Milestones

Juan: Spending a few days in one of Ecuador’s most beautiful beaches called Ayampe. You can’t get more beautiful sunsets anywhere else

Emmss: During the pandemic lockdown, one of the things that gave me joy was playing Grupo 5's past concerts. Last week I was able to hear them LIVE!! I had such a blast!! My activity ring was exploding with the amount of cardio I was doing during the concert.

Steph: I saw one of the Natural Wonders last weekend: Iguazu Falls. It was breathtaking.

Here are some fun facts that Pedro shared about her:

Fun fact: She was an unplanned child 😅

One day, my daughters came home from school with a puppy they had found on the street, abandoned in some blankets and starving. Well, we gave her water and food, and then I told them, "SHE CAN'T STAY HERE! Find someone who can keep her because we don't have room for pets".

That's how they kept me going for several weeks, and then months, and even now, that she's almost two years old, hahaha.

🦄 Sourcers of the month (March)

To close out Q1 we have three sourcers of the month for March!
👉 Majo and Juan tied with 3 hires each.
👉 Meli B reached a 48% conversion rate.

Amazing work in Q1 everyone: As a team, we maintained an average of 45% of candidates sent to clients and had 19 hires.

We've had all sourcers win sourcer of the month at least once this quarter, which just goes to show the great work everyone is doing. Let's keep it up and keep improving in Q2!
