🧡 Personal Milestones

Meli B: Turning 30 should be celebrated to the fullest! For me, my birthday is a very special day to share with all the people I love. This year was beyond my dreams, an amazing party that included an afterparty starting at midnight on a "chiva," which is like a traditional Colombian giant bus, but it was a party chiva, so we were cruising around Medellin and celebrating. On Sunday, I celebrated with my family at home. Much more than I ever dreamed of!

Majo: I loved the snow, and experiencing it was one of the best days of my life. This photo was taken at Cerro Catedral, the largest ski complex in Latin America.

Aleja: I was on an island called "Barú" for the bachelorette party of two of my best friends from school. It was incredible, and we had a lot of fun!

Steph: A week in Bariloche, which is known as the gateway to Patagonia in southern Argentina. It has some of the most beautiful landscapes I've seen, and I was incredibly lucky to have experienced snow in autumn.

Here are some fun facts that Majo shared about him:

It's named after a well-known fictional character, as Majo was watching the show when it joined the family. It's a very energetic dog and quite the gentleman, enjoying spending lots of time with children. Initially, it couldn't stand Billy (her cat), but now they are best friends.

🦄 Sourcers of the month (April)

April was an amazing month for the entire sourcing team! Each sourcer got at least one hire for a total of 13 hires!

• Meli Romero led 4 of those candidates to the next step in their careers.

• Meli B also reached our highest conversion rate of April, with 46.7% of her candidates being sent to the client.

  Currently (still) learning how to play tennis. I started more than a year ago, on and off, but so far I've been loving it.

• Would you rather speak all languages or be able to talk with animals? Why?
  Speak all languages so I can travel everywhere without Google Translate.

• What’s one piece of advice you would give your younger self? 
  No one actually cares, everyone is more concerned about themselves.

• If you could live in any TV show, which one would it be? 
  How I met your mother.

• What’s one goal, personal or professional, that you're currently working towards?
  I'm trying to learn Italian on my own.

• What's a small thing that always makes your day better?
  Doing exercises or walking around.
