🧡 Personal Milestones
Abby: This past month, I've had the joy (and occasional chaos) of fostering and babysitting three adorable pups.
My little pack includes a 4-month-old trooper who was found on the side of the road after being hit by a car. Initially, her survival was uncertain, but she's shown incredible resilience and made remarkable progress.
Her playful spirit and wagging tail are proof that she's ready to find her forever family. It's been a whirlwind of puppy cuddles, late-night potty breaks, and endless amounts of love, but seeing her transformation has made every moment worthwhile.
Meli B: Some lifelong friends of mine who are living in Canada came to visit, and I hadn't seen them in over a year. We went out to eat, then we went partying! It was very nice to get together. ❤️
Gino: I was in Lima and got together with Melissa, Laura, and Emily for a nice lunch at Primos! We had a great time catching up on life.

Congrats to our sourcers of the month for May!
Aleja did such an amazing job finding top candidates for Functionize that they decided to hire multiple people for the role! 💪
This month, as a team, we reached our highest 2024 conversion rate, with an average of 60% of our applicants being sent to the client.
Majo has achieved our highest ever at 84%! 🤯
Let's keep up the excellent work this month to make our Q2 the best one yet.

“Take Me Back to Eden" by Sleep Token is their latest album, wrapping up the saga of the previous two. It follows the singer Vessel's journey of self-discovery, redemption, and inner peace, exploring deep spiritual themes. One thing I love about this band is that they maintain anonymity and have their own lore, which really helps to immerse you in their story. Their music blends metal, pop, and R&B, with some unique elements that never fail to surprise you.
