😎 Meet Raphael, new team member at Tecla!

I’m Raphael, 31, originally from São Luís, an island in Brazil 🇧🇷 where the temperature never drops below 25°C!

Some of my hobbies include road trips, hiking, live music, photography, cooking, and journaling.

I also love learning new languages and immersing myself in different cultures, inside my country and across the region.

I'm both a waterfall and beach junkie.

😊 Personal Milestones

Agus': We spent New Year’s in Punta del Este, Uruguay — a bit of rest before heading back to Mexico City!

Sara’s: The last months of 2025 were especially meaningful to me. I reconnected with friends from the past, strengthened relationships in the present, and welcomed new ones into my life.

I traveled to a place I had never been before: Oaxaca, Mexico, to celebrate the wedding of one of my best friends from college. Apart from being a magical and charming city, those days were filled with love, and also with delicious food, tacos, mole, mezcal, and countless stories I’ll always remember.

Back in Medellín, I also spent some incredible days getting to know the Tecla team. People who already feel like friends, who hold a special place in my heart, and with whom I know we will build relationships that go far beyond work.

It was a beautiful way to close the year. A reminder of the love that surrounds us, lives within us, and makes us who we are.
