Hey there! I’m Catalina, born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’m a mix of extroverted and introverted, I think it’s a great balance.

In my free time, I love exploring coffee shops around my neighborhood with my French bulldog, Magnolia.

Hi, my name is Laura, and I’m from Colombia. I’m passionate about writing and have a deep appreciation for literature.

I enjoy traveling and exploring different cultures, often visiting museums and immersing myself in the arts.

In my free time, I like running and practicing boxing.

✨ Gild Updates

Over the past few months, we have hosted five GILD Curated Circuit events, bringing together founders and senior operators for off-the-record conversations on how AI is reshaping organizations.

Topics included AI and the Future of Internal Productivity, AI Search Is Changing Everything, Measuring the ROI of AI, Why Human in the Loop Is Key, and Hiring in the Age of AI. These discussions explored workflow redesign, AI-driven discovery, hiring shifts, and how companies are evaluating the real business impact of AI.

We also recently launched the GILD Podcast, an extension of our private roundtables. The podcast features in-depth conversations with founders and operators actively deploying AI across engineering, GTM, operations, and organizational design, focusing on practical insights and real implementation.

😊 Personal Milestones

Sara’s : This past week, I celebrated my birthday with a trip to the Dominican Republic with my twin sister (my favorite person in the world). Since we share the same birthday, we got to celebrate it together, which made it extra special. It was a few days full of joy, gratitude, and time to recharge.

Sofi’s: Recently, I took a very special step in my life. I moved in with my boyfriend, and we couldn’t be happier. It’s been such an exciting and meaningful experience, from dreaming about our space to actually building it together. We’ve been slowly buying things for our apartment, choosing every detail, and turning it into a place that truly feels like ours. I’m really grateful for this new chapter and everything we’re creating together.

Aleja’s: Emma’s first trip to the beach

Emily’s: Did you know that LinkedIn has free daily puzzle games? Well I know them very well as I play them every single day including weekend.

My personal favorite is called Queens. Not only are they entertaining but it also spark my competitive spirit because when you finish a puzzle they rank you against your network and they give you insights like "Top 25% of all players today!". If you haven't tried them, please do and let me know what you think!

Meli B’s: Majo and I have been in London for over a month now, and it’s been amazing!!! We went to the real Harry Potter studios and Majo almost died!!! It’s been such beautiful days.
