✨ Gild Updates

Over the past month, we hosted two GILD Curated Circuit events in Austin, bringing together CEOs, founders, and senior operators for off-the-record conversations on how AI is reshaping how companies build and operate.

Topics included AI and the Future of Product Development and Speed as an AI Advantage. Conversations explored how development cycles are compressing, how smaller teams are shipping faster, and how execution speed is becoming a defining factor in competitive edge. Leaders discussed how architectural decisions, team design, and operating models must evolve to support faster iteration without creating long-term technical or organizational risk.

Across both sessions, a consistent theme emerged: the advantage is shifting to teams that can move faster, learn faster, and build systems where experimentation compounds into real outcomes.

We also released Episode 3 of the GILD Podcast, featuring Gino in conversation with Yasmin Abdi, Founder and CEO of NoHack. The episode explores how AI is reshaping cybersecurity in real time, from more sophisticated attacks to new risks around data, infrastructure, and hiring.

😊 Personal Milestones

Martha’s : This month I ran two races, a 10K and a 5K! I’m starting to get into running, and I’ve really been enjoying it. Getting ready to run a half marathon in the future!

Den’s: This month we took a short trip to Mendoza, the wine capital, with friends. We had an amazing time—beautiful days exploring new places, visiting wineries and olive farms (yes, we even tried freshly made olive oil 😍). And of course, we drank plenty of great wine. Everyone should try Mendoza wine! 🍷

Emily’s’: I did wheel-thrown pottery for the first time! For my mom's birthday, we decided to do something different to celebrate and create new core memories as a family. While harder than it looks, it was SO MUCH FUN! I will have my final piece in a month as the studio needs to do the firing so our pieces can be fully functional and safe! I did a small bowl with my puppies hanging in the rim

Vale’s: Last month I moved in with my boyfriend! It’s been such a special experience, we’ve truly enjoyed every part of it and made the most of the whole process.
We’re slowly building a home that really feels like us, a space we’ve both been wanting for a while, where we can enjoy the things we love and just feel at ease every day, especially the view, which we absolutely love!!
It’s also been really nice creating this space with our cat🐱, making it feel like a home for all of us. Feeling very grateful and excited for this new chapter 💛
