✨ Gild Updates

This month, we hosted our second GILD dinner in Dallas, and it turned into such a thoughtful room. The conversation was warm, honest, and centered on how AI is starting to change the way teams and products work.

Anand Arivukkarasu joined us and shared his “Intelligence Lens” framework for thinking about how companies can build real advantage with AI. But honestly, one of the best parts was seeing people open up, exchange ideas, and start building real connections with others facing similar questions.

We also released a new GILD Podcast episode with Raphael Varieras, SVP of AI & Data at Zello. Raphael shared how Zello is using AI internally with their own teams and externally through tools like Ella, their AI assistant for frontline workers. He also talked about build vs. buy decisions, AI adoption, and why trust and human connection still matter so much. It’s a good one for anyone curious about how AI is actually showing up inside companies right now.

😊 Personal Milestones

Ara’s : Our family is happy to announce that we're expecting a baby boy in October! We're super excited to grow our family and Adrian is thrilled to have a little brother ❤️

Gaby’s:  I went to Disney for the first time and felt like a kid again! It had been a dream since childhood, and being able to experience the magic in person was a truly special and unforgettable moment 🏰✨

Sari’s: The Tecla/GILD Medellin team got together for a meetup (we missed you, Meli!). We had a great time catching up and spending time together, and some of us finally got the chance to meet Gabi in person for the first time. It was such a nice reminder of how special it is to connect beyond Discord and Google Meet!

Sofi’s: This World Cup season gave us the perfect excuse for a fun night at home with my boyfriend. We set up a little indoor picnic, made a delicious meal, and watched the Colombia vs. Congo match together. Simple plan, but such a special and memorable night.
