New Team Members!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner!

Thanksgiving is a great time to reflect on our life and express gratitude for our blessings.

A few members of our team shared what are they grateful for:

Personal Milestones

Euge got to see Bad Bunny and Coldplay's concert in Argentina!

The Colombian team: Ale, Meli, and Aleja got to spend time together

Laura made it through her first month in Madrid (and found a place to live!)

Her place is located just two blocks away from the entrance of Palacio del Retiro! It holds a special place since she has memories with her grandfather there.

Bea saw a movie that she wants to recommend to all of us called: The worst person in the world.

"It is a very psychologically deep Norwegian production. This is the synopsis: The chronicles of four years in the life of Julie, a young woman who navigates the troubled waters of her love life and struggles to find her career path, leading her to take a realistic look at who she really is."

INSPIRATION: My inspiration is music (Rock, HipHop, Instrumental Music, and others). Lately, I'm listening to a lot of Radiohead, Nirvana, Broadcast, Kendrick Lamar, and Sleaford Mods...

WATCH: I recommend watching Dark, Mr. Robot, and The end of the world.

VISIT: I love Bariloche (I don't have a photo of myself but I really like this one). My last time there was about like 3 years ago and I love how green the scenery is and the thousands of walks and hikes that can be done nearby. Also, there are many breweries in Bariloche haha...

This month's SUPERSTAR

Getting to know more about Emily, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What's the best place you've traveled to? And why?

Okinawa, it is my home away from home. "Ichariba Choode" is a saying in Uchinaguchi (Okinawan language) and it means "Once we meet, we are family". This saying truly embraces everything about Okinawa. The kind people, the warm weather, the welcoming energy, and the beautiful scenery. It's THE BEST!

What are your hidden talents or hobbies?

I am the assigned bread-maker of my family! I'm really good at making soft-crust bread. During the pandemic, I used to wake up at 4 am every day to make fresh bread for breakfast.

If you could spend one full day with someone famous (dead or alive), who would it be? (tell us why too!)

Princess Diana. Although there have been so many shows, movies, and documentaries made about her, I don't think anyone can really understand what she went through and how she felt unless you experienced it with her. I would love to hear her side of the story.

What was your favorite TV show as a kid?

Hannah Montana. No explanation needed.

 What song makes you happy?

Top-notch musical art called: "Baby" by Justin Bieber.

BRAND NEW SECTION!

Traditional dishes are those that have been passed on through generations or, they can also be a typical plate that is consumed in the place where you live. But, let's be realistic, that doesn't mean that they are the best...That's why we created this space; to demystify what dishes are the tastiest in your country
