✨ Gild Updates

September brought two GILD Forums, one in Austin and one in Dallas. In Austin, a question that came up was how teams can keep visibility into AI’s work as these systems take on more responsibility. In Dallas, Carlos Cruz, Ontop’s CTO, helped get the conversation started.

We also welcomed Ontop and Aspire Systems as new GILD partners, and that’s the part we’re especially excited about. We’ve been building GILD one room and one relationship at a time, so it means a lot when companies outside our own team see value in it and choose to build alongside us. Their trust makes this feel bigger than something we’re creating on our own, and gives us even more energy for what comes next.

😊 Personal Milestones

Aleja’s: Mateo is on his way and will be here very soon! 🥹💙 We’re surrounded by so many people who love us so much, and they’ve already thrown us several baby showers!! 🥰

Pedro’s: Besides my work at Tecla in development and IT, I’m also an active musician and the pianist for La Sonora Malecón, a Colombian orchestra based in Chile! 🎹

From September 17th to 20th, we toured several regions of Chile and even performed on national TV, including Canal 13, as part of the Fiestas Patrias celebrations! 🇨🇱🎉

It was four amazing days filled with traveling, live performances, Colombian cumbia, and lots of great moments connecting with the audience while celebrating and sharing one of my biggest passions! 🙌

Meli B’s: I’ve been here in Vancouver for over three months now, and my sister just turned 30! 🎉 My parents surprised her by coming all the way here to celebrate with us ❤️

So the four of us have been spending time together, showing them around the city, sightseeing, and just enjoying some much-needed family time. It’s been so nice and such a great way to recharge!
