It's hard to believe that the third month of the year is already upon us. January seemed to last forever, but March is already halfway over. Does anyone else feel stuck in February?

Last week was International Women's Day, a time to commemorate women's social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. It also serves as a reminder that we must continue to fight daily to raise awareness about issues related to women's rights.

It's important to recognize women's crucial role in driving innovation and progress in the tech industry and continue supporting and empowering them.

It's essential to keep in mind that "empowering women is not just a goal; it's a necessity."

🧡 Personal Milestones.

🇻🇪 Vero went to this beautiful island called Margarita Island for the weekend (it is like a 20 min flight there). "Although I had been there multiple times (this island is the favorite spot for everyone in my hometown), I got to experience it so differently now. I went to an all-inclusive resort with bikes, and it was like having a weekend in paradise! (I highly recommend this trip for anyone looking for a low-cost Aruba trip)".

🇪🇸 María Laura went to her first soccer game ever with one of her best friends from high school. "Real Madrid - Barcelona. Barcelona won 1-0. The hype was too intense."

🇦🇷 Euge is back to ceramic class!

🇺🇸 Abby had the opportunity to foster some little puppies from Guam and Saipan!

🇵🇪 Ems started a new skill. "Last month, I wanted to try learning a new "artistic" skill, punch needling, and I, unfortunately, found out that I'm terrible at it. LOL I overestimated my craftsmanship skills".

💡 INSPIRATION: Netflix series "Drive to Survive". I am a big Formula 1 fan. From afar, it may seem like a simple sport, but there are too many factors involved, and it is a continuous masterclass of teamwork, and I always find something applicable to my daily life. I recommend the Netflix series. It's a great series both narratively and to get into the sport! In terms of music, my favorite is disco! I also really like Loyle Carner and Fred again. The background of his albums seems incredible to me! I'm not a fan of podcasts, but I love Wim Hof. I practice cold showers and breathing a lot, and I can't recommend it enough!

📽️ WATCH: I'm not a fan of watching series, but "The Last Of Us" is incredible. I'm very nervous and don't usually watch anything horror, but this series has a very human approach, and I love it! I also love anime hehe.

⛰️ VISIT: I go to the beach a lot! My favorite beach in Lima is Señoritas! 🇵🇪 Here is a photo from last weekend. I also went to a party that I genuinely liked called Discofobia. It has a great vibe and disco/electronic music. Sometimes they do events in Colombia! 🇨🇴
