Phew, that January felt like it lasted a million years, but we made it to February! This month is all about love (happy valentine's!), but let's remember that it's not just about romantic love; it's also about loving yourself, your friends, your community, and your family.

It's important to think about what love means to you and how you express it in all areas of your life. This includes your significant other, a hobby you love, your fam, your ride-or-die friends, and even when you're just taking care of yourself. So take a minute to reflect and ask yourself, "Am I showing love in the way I want to be?".

🧡 Personal Milestones.

💖 Aleja shares her engagement pictures with us! Congratulations!!

🇨🇴 Valen, Aleja, Meli, and Ale spent their Friday together, coworking in Medellin!

🇻🇪 Vero A is starting her mornings with a mountain hike! "I'm beginning to do morning hikes at 6 am at this mountain called "El Avila" which is a 30 min hike. I adore this new routine and try to go as often as possible, but it's still very demanding, so I do it like twice a week!"

🇨🇴 Meli has become a tattoo artist 👑. She not only got her first tattoo but also tattooed her best friend (and her best friend also tattooed her).

💡 INSPIRATION: Netflix movie "The swimmers." It's a film based on the real life of two teenage sisters who are professional swimmers who flee the war in Syria, seeking refuge for themselves and their families. At the same time, they follow the dream of being in the Olympics.

📽️ WATCH: I went to the cinema to see AVATAR. An amazing family movie with incredible images. I hope you see it in 3D or 4D. As well as eating crispetas and hot dogs while seeing the movie. The best plan ever!!

⛰️ VISIT: Santa Marta. It's a city on the Caribbean Sea in the northern Colombian department of Magdalena. This picture is of a club named Samaria, a great trip and a beautiful place.

Getting to know more about Meli, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

💬 What's the best place you've traveled to? And why? Santa Barbara, California. I lived there for 1 year, and it was magical—a dream city, with perfect weather, and where the mountains meet the sea.

💬 What’s one activity that grants you pure escapism? Singing. I feel that is an activity where I release excessive endorphins. And more when it's with my sisters, playing (as a band) and singing together.

💬 Which fictional family would you want to be part of? The Incredibles. 🎆

💬 If you could spend one full day with someone famous (dead or alive), who will it be? (tell us why too!) Dalai Lama. He is the highest spiritual leader, and it will be amazing to talk to him and ask him many things about life, feel his energy, and listen to his words.

💬 If you could teleport anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? Santa Barbara, because I can't go at this moment because I am not admissible in the United States, and in this way, I would not have to pass immigration LOL.

💬 What song makes you happy? A lot! but at this moment, Yandel 150, from Yandel and Feid.
